Responsibilities

• Administer registration and enrollment workflows to ensure accurate learner participation records.
• Align automated and manual communication workflows, including learner notifications for enrollment, reminders, and cancellations, as per changes and updates.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and CRM records.
• Prepare and submit client invoices as per agreed terms and documents.
• Track pending payments and follow up with internal teams or clients when needed.
• Update data, analyze information, and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Support regular reporting and documentation for smooth finance and operations.
• Maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure accuracy of documentation for all learning operational processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives leveraging learner feedback and operational analytics.
• Monitor and track service-level agreements (SLAs), escalating delays or performance deviations.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy, accessibility, and audit requirements governing learning operations.

The role entails managing end-to-end learning administration, process optimization, and learner support to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity. This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining compliance, enhancing learner experience, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and other internal and external teams.
