Accenture PLC in Bengaluru is seeking a Learning Advisory Specialist to design, develop and deliver instructor-led and blended learning programs on SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting. The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of experience, with SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting, SAP Fiori applications, and strong content authoring skills.

What would you do?

• Design develop and deliver learning solutions on SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences covering financial accounting processes configuration integration reporting and S4HANA innovations. Support capability development through assessments hands on exercises certification preparation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Translate learning design requirements into structured learning assets for SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting. Create storyboards assessments labs simulations case studies and training materials. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training while ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• The practice of delivering technical and functional learning content through instructor led and virtual training formats. Trainers facilitate learning experiences and support capability development in SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Financial Closing Reporting and SAP Fiori applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting.
• Create facilitator guides learner handbooks assessments simulations labs case studies and knowledge assets.
• Deliver technical and functional training sessions workshops boot camps and capability development programs.
• Educate learners on SAP S4HANA Finance fundamentals enterprise structure organizational units General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Bank Accounting Tax Accounting and financial closing processes.
• Deliver training on document posting clearing payment processing financial reconciliation reporting and analytics.
• Explain integration between Financial Accounting and related SAP processes including Materials Management Sales and Distribution and Controlling.
• Develop practical exercises and real world business scenarios covering procure to pay order to cash asset lifecycle and period end closing.
• Collaborate with instructional designers subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate learner knowledge through assessments assignments troubleshooting exercises and case studies.
• Provide coaching mentoring and feedback to learners to improve knowledge and practical application.
• Review and validate technical accuracy of learning content assessments and training materials.
• Support certification preparation reskilling onboarding and capability development initiatives.
• Continuously update learning content based on SAP S4HANA enhancements SAP Fiori innovations and industry best practices.
• Monitor learner progress evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Act as a learning subject matter expert for SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting programs.
• May be required to work in rotational shifts.
