L2P (Learning to Performance) Analyst / Specialist

Experience: 1-5 Years

Location: Chennai

Short Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) contract and training administration, including stakeholder management, contract commitments, license/voucher allocation, invoicing, reporting, and client communication. Works closely with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training services, resolve complex client issues, manage learning contracts, and maintain process documentation. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, communication, and team coordination skills. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an added advantage. Focuses on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

• Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (amounts, licenses, vouchers, and learning credits, other training products) to meet contractual thresholds.
• Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to Contract Management core team.
• Raises iSOWs for regional commitments; raises PO for signed off contracts
• Cooperates with Procurement and Finance teams to finalize contracts.
• Allots licenses/amounts/vouchers/learning credits etc. per finalized regional commitments.
• Works with and escalates issues to L&D contract owners as needed.
• Maintains related process documentation and procedures (updates if required).
• Maintains additional purchase of licenses or vouchers or any other products under the contract.
• Maintains day-to-day administration of implemented contracts (license distribution and tracking the usage, reporting, resolving minor issues, re-directing queries to proper sources, etc.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Initiate and monitor processing of external invoices and process internal charging.
• Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
• Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Learning would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing both internal and external clients.
• Handle client communication and reporting.

• Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution.
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end training management, employee requests according to the project deadlines
• Provide expected quality of deliverables.
• Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving L&D related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
• The role purpose is also to ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work coordination in the team.
