What we are looking for

We are expanding our pool of high quality trainers to lead corporate learning sessions across India. If you are passionate about creating real impact through facilitation—not lectures—and believe in learning through play, you may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging in-person workshops for corporate clients
Deliver programs in the areas of behavioral skills, leadership skills, and managerial effectiveness.
Use experiential learning tools such as games, role plays, and group activities
Adapt content to match client context and audience profile
Provide feedback and insights post-session to improve future programs
Ensure alignment with Skills Cafe’s facilitation standards

You must have

2+ years of experience in soft skills / behavioral training
Proven track record in conducting first-time manager programs
Excellent facilitation and audience engagement skills
Comfort with travel and conducting sessions across India
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Certification in facilitation / coaching (preferred but not mandatory)
