Job Description: In-house Facilitators

We’re seeking Global Facilitators to lead high-impact, experiential learning programs that drive behavioral and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Facilitate immersive workshops using case studies, simulations, board games, group processes, role plays, and learning games.
•Foster a dynamic learning environment that inspires participants to actively engage and apply concepts.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops tailored to diverse industries and audiences.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
•Proven expertise in facilitating behavioural skills and leadership development programs.
•Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to connect with global audiences.
•Proficiency in delivering virtual trainings through platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other emerging tools.
•Mastery in conducting large group processes, experiential learning activities, and simulations.
•Competence in using collaborative tools and technologies to enhance participant engagement.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to align workshop outcomes with organizational goals.
•Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
•5-6 years of experience in facilitation across varied audiences, industries, and cultural contexts.
•Experience working with global teams and integrating hybrid learning models.
•Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools or gamified training platforms is a plus.
