Job summary

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking a Fresher for a full-time Learning & Development role to start a career building and delivering training across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics.

You will learn from senior trainers and be in front of a room early. You will facilitate classroom, virtual and blended sessions, create content and assessments, coordinate with HR, Sales, Operations and Academic teams, and manage the training calendar.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Top50 NIRF-ranked institution, any discipline.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Real interest in teaching, coaching and working with people.
• Able to work extended hours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended sessions.
• Build content decks, activities, role plays and assessments.
• Work with HR, Sales, Operations and Academic teams to identify training needs.
• Run the training calendar—scheduling, attendance, records and reports.
