Job summary

K12 Techno Services is looking for a Fresher Trainer in Bengaluru to start a career in Learning & Development. You will deliver training across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics, while learning from senior trainers.

You will be in front of a room early, handling classroom, virtual and blended sessions and building engaging content. This role is suited for fresh graduates with strong communication and a real interest in teaching.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Top50NIRF-ranked institution.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Real interest in teaching, coaching and working with people.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR, Sales, Operations and Academic teams to pick up training needs
• Run the training calendar- scheduling, attendance, records, reports
