Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking an strategic and execution-focused Learning & Development professional to build capability within the HR function in India. You will drive learning strategies across HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, and AI-led HR transformation.

The role involves designing competency frameworks, onboarding programs, and learning journeys for HR teams and leaders, plus leveraging GenAI to boost productivity and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or Capability Building.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions and modern HR practices.
• Experience designing learning programs for HR teams, people managers, and leadership populations.
• Expertise in leadership development, instructional design, coaching frameworks, and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the HR Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build competency frameworks for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations teams.
• Develop structured onboarding and capability-building programs for HR professionals across levels.
• Create learning journeys for HR leadership, succession planning, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Drive capability development in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, and employee experience.
• Leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance HR productivity, learning personalization, and knowledge management.
• Implement and manage digital learning ecosystems, LMS platforms, and modern learning technologies.
• Build certification programs for HR professionals in emerging areas such as HR Analytics, AI in HR, Talent Intelligence, and Organizational Development.

Expertise in leadership development, instructional design, coaching frameworks, and learning analytics.
