Job summary

Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited is seeking a Lead for Learning & Organizational Development in Mumbai to design and implement capability-building, leadership development, onboarding, and training across Sales, Credit, and Service teams. The role focuses on improving productivity and customer experience through targeted learning.

The incumbent will drive governance of L&D metrics, deploy digital learning tools, and collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Learning & Development / Organizational Development.
• Mandatory NBFC / BFSI industry experience.
• Experience in Sales/Service/Customer Experience training preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
• MBA / Postgraduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and deliver training for Sales, Credit, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead onboarding and induction programs across locations.

Role Purpose

To lead the Learning & Organizational Development function by designing and implementing capability-building, leadership development, onboarding, sales & service training, and performance improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Strategy & Capability Building

• Design and drive the overall L&D and OD strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Identify training needs through TNI/TNA and performance gap analysis.
• Build competency frameworks for sales, credit, operations and support functions.
• Create annual training calendars and capability roadmaps.

2. Sales, Credit & Functional Training

• Develop and deliver training programs for Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Drive onboarding and induction programs for new hires across locations.
• Conduct refresher training, product/process training and behavioural workshops.
• Improve productivity, conversion, and customer experience through targeted learning interventions.

3. Leadership & Manager Development

• Design leadership development programs for first-time managers and mid-senior leaders.
• Implement coaching, mentoring and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Build succession pipeline and high-potential employee development initiatives.

4. Organizational Development

• Drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management and competency assessment frameworks.
• Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.

5. Learning Content & Digital Learning

• Create and manage training content, LMS, e-learning modules and knowledge repositories.
• Introduce new-age learning tools and blended learning approaches.

6. Governance & Measurement

• Define L&D KPIs and track training effectiveness (ROI, productivity, quality scores, CSAT).
• Conduct audits, feedback sessions and continuous improvement of programs.
• Collaborate with business, HRBPs and leadership stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12–15 years of experience in Learning & Development / Organizational Development.
• Mandatory experience in NBFC / BFSI industry.
• Experience in Sales/Service/Customer Experience training preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
• MBA / Postgraduate preferred.
