Job summary

Allegis Group, on behalf of LPL Financial, Hyderabad, is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training that builds job-critical skills and improves performance.

The role requires ability to facilitate onboarding and new-hire programs, apply adult learning principles, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and instructional designers using LMS and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Facilitation.
• Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and/or Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire training programs.

• Conduct role plays, coaching sessions, and skill practice activities.

Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Contract Duration: 18 Months (Extendable based on performance) [L&D Facilitator LPL | Word]

About the Role

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of L&D or Training experience.
• Experience in BFSI, Financial Services, Call Center, Customer Service, or Operations training environments.
• Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or financial services training.
• ATD, CPTM, or other training certifications preferred.
