• Measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes and business impact through assessments, feedback and learning analytics.
• Partner with Technology leaders, SMEs and global stakeholders to understand capability requirements and deliver relevant learning solutions.
• Manage learning partners/vendors and continuously improve Tech L&D programs, content and learning methodologies.

• Develop technical learning content, curriculum and training programs in collaboration with Technology SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive end-to-end execution of technical training programs, ensuring strong learner participation and adoption.
• Measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes and business impact through assessments, feedback and learning analytics.
• Partner with Technology leaders, SMEs and global stakeholders to understand capability requirements and deliver relevant learning solutions.
• Manage learning partners/vendors and continuously improve Tech L&D programs, content and learning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Technology L&D / Capability Development.
• Strong experience in Technology / Digital / AI learning and workforce upskilling.
• Experience developing technical learning content and curricula.
• Good understanding of AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering or emerging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and program management skills.
• Experience working with global technology teams/GCCs is preferred.
