Job summary

MANCER Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to shape and drive technology upskilling across AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data and Software Engineering.

You will design curricula, collaborate with technology SMEs, and deliver impactful learning programs. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, end-to-end program delivery, and measurement of outcomes through analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Technology L&D / Capability Development.
• Strong experience in Technology / Digital / AI learning and workforce upskilling.
• Experience developing technical learning content and curricula.
• Good understanding of AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering or emerging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and program management skills.
• Experience working with global technology teams/GCCs is preferred.

Responsibilities
