Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a Training Specialist to onboard new joiners and coordinate cross-functional training across SMEs, HR and business stakeholders. The role involves designing content, tracking progress and delivering program updates to management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation and program management skills, with experience in eLearning platforms and content design for in-house or outsourced programs.

Responsibilities

• Train New Joiners on IndiaMart product & processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training.
• Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills.
• Design & share monthly training calendar.
• Track and report completion of training sessions.
• Publish monthly/quarterly training reports.
• Deliver training updates to the business.
• Revise and update content when required.
• Assess instructional quality / impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills.
• Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees.
• Host train the trainer for SMEs.
• Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs.
• Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification).
• Communicating with Client acquisition and Servicing teams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Design content & develop training programs (in house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels).
