Job summary

OffiNeeds in Bengaluru is seeking a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, deliver, and manage training programs across departments. You will liaise with managers to identify training needs and support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Key strengths include strong verbal and written communication, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus (LMS).
