Job summary

Vehant Technologies is seeking an experienced L&D professional to manage and deliver internal and external training programs, focusing on onboarding, soft-skills, and development of engaging content and e-learning modules. You will analyze training needs and measure effectiveness while coordinating with HR and leaders to drive learning initiatives.

The role requires strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with hands-on LMS experience for virtual and classroom

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in L&D / Training & Development / Organizational Development.
• Hands-on knowledge of LMS/e-learning platforms.
• Experience in soft-skills training and onboarding.
• Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
