Job summary

Artizent, Bengaluru-based IT services leader, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager/Senior Manager to shape and scale its L&D strategy across engineering and technology teams. The role requires 10–14 years of progressive L&D experience and strong leadership.

You will partner with engineering, delivery, and HR to close skill gaps, design onboarding and manager development programs, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and champion AI-enabled learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive L&D experience with 4-5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience designing and scaling L&D programs for engineering-heavy environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership, delivery heads, and HRBPs.
• Hands-on with LMS platforms, content curation, and vendor management.
• Ability to design onboarding, career-pathing, and manager-development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end L&D strategy aligned to business goals.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted capability-building roadmaps (cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, quality engineering).
• Build and scale structured onboarding, career-pathing, and manager-development programs.
• Own the L&D budget, vendor and content partner relationships, and LMS/tech platform strategy.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals/trainers.

• Proven track record designing and scaling L&D functions for engineering-heavy or technical workforces
• Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable partnering with senior leadership, delivery heads, and HRBPs
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, content curation, and vendor management
• Design and drive the end-to-end L&D strategy aligned to business and workforce goals, covering technical upskilling, leadership development, and behavioral/soft-skills programs
