Job summary

Svatantra Microhousing Finance Corporation is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to plan and deliver induction, soft skills, and employee development programs across locations in India. You will create engaging content and manage delivery online and offline.

You will track participation, feedback, and training costs, analyze data to improve learning effectiveness, and collaborate with business teams to tailor solutions using Canva, Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe, Prezi, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Induction, Soft Skills and Employee Development programs through online and offline formats across locations.
• Develop presentations, e-learning modules, videos, quizzes and other learning content using Canva, Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe, Prezi and AI tools.
• Prepare training calendars, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
• Track participation, feedback, training hours, costs and effectiveness, and create meaningful MIS and management reports.
• Discover new AI tools, learning technologies and digital platforms to make learning smarter and more engaging.
• Partner with business teams, trainers and stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver relevant solutions.
• Analyse learner feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall learning experience and training effectiveness.
