Job summary

United Foodbrands in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Manager Leadership Development & L&D to lead the design and delivery of leadership programs across hospitality and related sectors. You will manage calendars, partners, and stakeholders, and drive training for managers and frontline staff to build capability and performance.

The role requires 8+ years in L&D/Training, strong facilitation, and hands-on design/delivery skills, with solid MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency to generate MIS

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in L&D / Training / Leadership Development.
• Strong experience in Hospitality / Hotels / QSR / Restaurant L&D preferred.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS.
