Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant in India to drive SAP ABAP configurations and SAP S/4HANA migrations. You will implement RICEFW components, ABAP/Fiori developments, and ensure seamless cross-module integration across HR and logistics. The role requires leadership in design workshops and end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc) SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows ABAP HR (knowledge on infotypes and pay areas).
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP configuration and implementation in support projects.
• Facilitate design workshops, analyze processes, map configurations, and prepare test plans.
• Coordinate integration between ABAP/Fiori and HR and logistics modules (SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO).
• Guide end-to-end delivery from design through go-live and hyper-care.
