Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience across ECC and S/4HANA. The role involves configuration, implementation, and support in multi-location SAP projects with a focus on HR and logistics modules, ABAP/Fiori, and integration with SAP B/W, CRM, and other suites.

The position requires strong workshop leading skills, collaboration with global teams, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Hybrid work mode and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow).
• Using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows, ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops, analysis, and process mapping for SAP ABAP implementations.
• Configure, test, and deploy ABAP/Fiori developments across modules (HR and logistics).
• Support go-live activities and post‑go-live stabilization for ECC/S/4HANA landscapes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (HR, SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO) and external consultants.
