Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to support SAP ABAP configurations and S/4HANA solutions in a hybrid, UK-shift environment. The role requires extensive ABAP/Fiori work, HR module expertise, and strong collaboration across SAP domains.

With 5+ years in relevant SAP projects, you will contribute to design, development, testing, and go‑live activities while aligning with RICEFW components and migration readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation in support projects.
• Strong knowledge of RICEFW: reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows.
• Experience with SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP/Fiori with workflows, HR infotypes, PA/OM modules.
• ECC and S/4HANA experience; integration of ABAP with HR and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops and process mapping.
• Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA migrations and updates.
• Coordinate go-live and post-production support.
• Collaborate across HR, logistics modules, and SAP tools.

Job Description:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow).
• Using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows , ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM
• Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and is good at problem solving.
