Job summary

Fujitsu Limited in Bangalore and other Indian locations is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to drive SAP ABAP configurations and implementations across support projects. The role demands 9+ years in SAP ABAP with ECC/S/4HANA and strong RICEFW experience.

You will lead design workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-lives while aligning with SAP ASAP or Activate methodologies. Location: Hybrid, joining in 15 days.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant SAP ABAP experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in OData / WebDynpro / Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU).
• Extensive ECC and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong integration knowledge between SAP ABAP/Fiori and HR/SD/MM/WM/PP/QM/FICO modules.
• Exposure to Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, Fi-Vertex, Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go-live and support cycles.
• Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementations and support.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Mentor juniors and ensure adherence to SAP methodologies.
• Manage integration with SAP modules (HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, FICO).
• Oversee outbound and inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration efforts and ATC/SPDD/SPAU checks.

Job Description

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM
