Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant with 13+ years of SAP experience to lead ABAP configurations and SAP S/4HANA projects across multiple locations in India. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing complex SAP solutions, including RICEFW, Fiori, and HR integrations, with a focus on ECC and S/4HANA environments.

You will participate in workshops, drive end-to-end deployment, and collaborate with global teams, while supporting go-live activities in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills including HR infotypes and pay areas.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Good integration knowledge between SAP ABAP/Fiori and HR and logistics modules (SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex, Ariba, SNC, MDM.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops and map business processes.
• Configure, test, train, go-live and support cycles for SAP projects.
• Develop and support ABAP, interfaces, conversions, forms and workflows.
• Collaborate across SAP modules (HR, SD/LE/MM/WM/PP/QM/FICO) and external systems.

Job Description

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM
