Job summary

Artium is India's first music education platform offering internationally accredited pathways. We are hiring a Lead-Teacher Recruitment to own hiring of music teachers for online and offline centres, running bulk drives, and building pipelines with portals, social channels, and referrals.

You will forecast demand with centre leadership, manage screening and demos, mentor junior recruiters, and strengthen Artium’s employer brand among musicians and educators as we scale global learning.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in recruitment, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proven bulk and high-volume hiring experience.
• Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills, including social and community-led channels.
• Experience hiring for both online and on-ground roles.
• Data-driven, with working knowledge of ATS tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring of music teachers (vocals, guitar, piano/keyboard) for online and offline centres.
• Run bulk hiring drives, including walk-ins, virtual drives and multi-city hiring.
• Build teacher pipelines through job portals, social media, music schools and referrals.
• Forecast teacher demand with academic and centre leadership.
• Manage screening, demo classes and panel evaluations.
• Track time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio and quality of hire.
• Mentor a small team of recruiters as volumes grow.
• Strengthen Artium’s employer brand among musicians and educators.

The Opportunity

As Lead-Teacher Recruitment, you will own teacher hiring across Artium’s online and offline centres. Our teaching network is growing fast, so you will run high-volume, high-speed hiring while keeping a high bar on teaching quality. You will build and lead the hiring engine: sourcing, screening, demo evaluation, offers and onboarding handover.
