Music Pandit is a fast-growing online music education platform dedicated to children aged 6–14. We make learning music joyful, structured, and interactive through age-appropriate pedagogy, gamified content, and highly engaging lessons. Our mission is to inspire children to fall in love with music while developing life skills such as confidence, focus, and emotional strength.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Music Teachers who can deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging online lessons. You will play a key role in shaping the musical journey of children, ensuring they not only learn music but also enjoy the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online music classes (individual and group) for children aged 6–14.
• Deliver lessons using Music Pandit’s structured curriculum and teaching methods.
• Create a fun, interactive learning environment through games, activities, and songs.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and share updates with parents.
• Encourage student participation in performances, recitals, and assessments.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure high teaching standards.
• Participate in teacher training sessions and continuous skill development programs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Western Vocals, Hindustani Vocals, Carnatic Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard, or Ukulele.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (online teaching experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages is a plus).
• Ability to connect with children and make learning joyful.
• Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and good audio/video setup.
• Music certifications (Trinity, Rockschool, ABRSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
