Job summary

Vedantu is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Team Lead in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end recruitment and support the recruitment team. You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, guide the team, and ensure timely closures.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition, hands-on experience with high-volume hiring, and a track record of closing positions independently. This role focuses on stakeholder management, strong negotiation, and delivering quality

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment with independent closures.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring: Independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement to joining.
• Hands-on Recruitment: Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and more.
• Team Handling: Guide team members, allocate hiring requirements, monitor productivity and targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead hiring discussions with managers to understand role requirements and budgets.
• Hiring Decisions: Assess suitability, share recommendations, and collaborate on selections.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and move pipeline forward.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, closures, and joining follow-ups.
• Recruitment Reporting: Track openings, closures, turnaround times, and conversions.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and a professional experience.

Vedantu is looking for a proactive, target-driven, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment while managing and supporting the recruitment team.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys working on live hiring requirements, closing positions independently, managing stakeholders, and driving team performance. The candidate will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, make informed hiring recommendations, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Hiring: Independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer rollout and candidate joining.
• Hands-on Recruitment: Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Team Handling: Guide team members, allocate hiring requirements, monitor productivity, and drive individual and team hiring targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead hiring discussions with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, salary budgets, and hiring priorities.
• Hiring Decisions: Assess candidate suitability, share hiring recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders on selection decisions.
• Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, candidate follow-ups, and interview pipeline movement.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, offer closures, joining follow-ups, and candidate dropouts.
• Recruitment Reporting: Track open positions, closures, turnaround time, offer-to-joining conversions, and team performance.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and independent position closures.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage individual hiring targets while guiding a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring will be an added advantage.
