Quadrangle in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to own end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior leadership roles within healthcare. You will minimize external agency dependency while aligning talent strategies with business goals.

You will drive talent sourcing and mapping, partner with hospital leadership to forecast hiring demand, oversee negotiation, onboarding, and HR analytics to measure performance and attrition.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles with minimal external agency dependency.
• Talent sourcing, mapping, market intelligence to build pipelines.
• Partner with department heads and hospital leadership to forecast hiring demands and align strategies with business goals.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, offer generation, documentation and onboarding.
• Track recruitment analytics, attrition trends and performance metrics using HR dashboards.

• Senior & Leadership Staffing: Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior-leadership roles with minimal or zero external agency dependency.
• Talent Sourcing & Mapping: Drive talent research, competitor mapping, market intelligence, and talent landscaping.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and hospital leadership to forecast hiring demands and align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
• Process Management: Oversee sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, offer generation, documentation, and onboarding.
• HR Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment analytics, attrition trends, and performance metrics using HR dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Requires 5 to 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, lateral hiring, and volume/leadership recruitment (ideally within healthcare industry )
• MBA preferred.
