Job summary

Quadrangle invites applications for a senior HR leader to shape and execute the HR strategy across our hospital group. You will lead manpower planning, budgeting, talent acquisition and retention, and design performance management systems to drive organizational capability.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, training and leadership development, and champion employee engagement and culture while ensuring statutory and labor law compliance. Strong NABH hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience in a hospital/healthcare setup.
• Experience in senior leadership roles and strategic HR oversight.
• Proven ability in talent management, organizational development, and labor law compliance.
