Job summary

R1 RCM India is seeking a seasoned IT GRC lead to oversee application, infrastructure, and IT security compliance across multiple client environments. You will establish, monitor, and report security KPIs while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure risk controls align with industry standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2 and PCI-DSS, plus proven ability to drive policy formulation, risk assessments, and ITSM improvements across a large, multi-client setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT GRC and information security compliance.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, PCI-DSS.
• Proven ability to develop and report security KPIs to stakeholders.
• Experience leading risk management, controls, and contingency planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the IT GRC program across applications, infrastructure, and IT security.

Job Summary

Role is for a lead in IT GRC consisting of Application, Infrastructure, and IT Security.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

1. 1. Role requires you to be a highly motivated, customer focused, solution centric and forward-thinking individual.
2. 2. Working experience and strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, PCI-DSS
3. 3. Establish, maintain and report security KPI's to various stakeholders.
4. 4. Lead exception management group for managing exceptions aligned with risk, compensating controls and periodic review.
5. 5. Formulate and review policies, processes and procedures on periodic basis aligned with risk and industry standards
6. 6. Identifying and analyzing various risks (i.e, Business, Financial, Vendor, Customer).
7. 7. Developing risk management controls and contingency plans.
8. 8. Testing and reviewing the risk register periodically. Follow-up on status of risk mitigating actions with process owners.
9. 9. Work with Operations Team, Management and Customer for improving ITSM processes and leading the implementation of the same.
10. 10. Proven successful work experience of 10years+, supporting IT security compliance, ITSM Service Management in a large, high volume multiclient environment supporting several remote locations.
11. 11. Strong understanding of a wide array of infrastructure and application security technologies and operations.
12. 12. Excellent organization, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical, non-technical, and executive levels.
13. 13. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all customer stakeholders, particularly from a service focus, service quality standpoint.
14. 14. Expertise in answering queries/questionnaires from the Customers/Vendors at GRC level.

Certifications:

Preferred to have certificates (any one)- CISA/CRISC/CISSP/ISO
