Job summary

R1 RCM India is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee AMC negotiations, budgeting, SOP development, and vendor management across admin, security, transport and support functions. The role demands hands-on leadership in a dynamic healthcare-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT/ITES facilities, strong data analysis, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience in IT/ITES facilities operations.
• Experience with AMC management for engineering equipment.
• Experience with annual budgeting for facilities operations.
• Ready to assist DR for AMC negotiations and vendor selection with Procurement Team.
• Experience in executing successful RFP processes for vendor selection related to facilities.
• Developed SOPs for facilities tasks including security, AMC for equipment, fire drills, parking, asset movements.
• Set up a fortnightly helpdesk for Operations team/clients to address concerns within timelines.
• Strong MS-Office data analysis, interpretation and reporting to Management; excellent communication skills.
• Experience supervising transport operations for a large workforce.

Job Description:

• Candidate must have relevant experience of 8+ years of experience with IT/ITES Companies.
• Should have good knowledge about AMCs of engineering equipment like air-conditioner, UPS batteries, access control system, firefighting system etc., Preventive Maintenance of equipment, housekeeping management, cafeteria management, security management, key management, front office management, contracting with various service provider, Fleet Management.
• Must have experience on annual budgeting exercise for Facilities operations,
• Ready to help his DR for AMC Negotiations, Vendor selections and finalization with the help of Procurement Team.
• Ready to help Procurement team for executing successful RFP process for selection of vendors related to facilities.
• Have expertise in development of Standard operating processes and have prepared entire set of SOPs for various task related to Facilities function like security, AMC for engineering equipment, fire drill for organization, car parking, asset movements - inward and outward, visitor policy etc.
• Must have experience on set up a fortnightly helpdesk for Operation team / clients to understand their concern and resolve the issue within defined timeline.
• Have expertise in MS-Office, especially on Data Analysis, interpretation, and presentation to Management. Must have good communication skills.
• Experience in supervising Transport operation for 750 employees.
• Must have experience to conduct periodic vendor performance review for both Admin & Transport
• Person must share daily / weekly / monthly operational report to his DR.
• Candidate must be graduate
