Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
• Strong in advanced ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.
• Proficient in clientside and serverside JavaScript.
• Experience with SCDL workflows.
• Experienced in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Clear communicator with time management and leadership capabilities.
• Preferred: CSA certification and Service Portal Micro Certification.
