• Manage VMware virtual environments and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor server capacity, performance, availability, and utilization.
• Perform server health checks and proactive issue resolution.
• Execute patch management, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Manage file servers, storage solutions, and user access controls.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Utilize AI tools for operational reporting, documentation, troubleshooting assistance, and process optimization.
