Job summary

PibyThree in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to oversee enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role involves technical leadership, infrastructure operations, incident management, automation, security, backup/DR, and vendor management.

You will guide architecture, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and mentor engineers while driving modernization and ensuring reliability and compliance across the estate.

Qualifications

• Must have Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, VMware, PowerShell, and cloud experience (Azure).
• Strong experience in backup, DR, incident management, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure operations across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Hands-on with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS/vMotion.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
• Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
• Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including RPO/RTO and drills.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents, RCA, and problem management.
• Drive security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and audits.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, Database, App, and Cloud teams.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs, escalations, and service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and modernization initiatives.
