Qualifications

• Management of Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM and file services.
• Hands-on VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter with HA/DRS/vMotion.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
• Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents, RCA, problem management.
• Drive security hardening and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Operate VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter with HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts.
• Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
• Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including RPO/RTO drills.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Drive security hardening, vulnerability remediation, audits.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, Database, App and Cloud teams.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs and service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and infrastructure modernization.
