Job summary

PibyThree seeks an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to manage enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments in Mumbai. Lead technical teams, oversee operations, incidents, automation, security, backup/DR, and vendor management.

You will drive modernization initiatives, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure high availability and compliance across the stack, including Windows Server, VMware, and Azure hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and operations.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, AD, IAM, VMware, and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Experience in incident management, DR planning, and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, AD, IAM, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Hands-on with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
• Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
• Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including RPO/RTO and drills.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem mgmt.
• Drive security hardening, remediation, audits, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, DB, App, and Cloud teams.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs, escalations, service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, governance, infrastructure modernization.
