EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru, India seeks a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to drive ServiceNow implementation and program delivery across multiple engineering teams.

You will plan requirements, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery through the software project lifecycle. The role requires 7+ years in business analysis with ServiceNow experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proven Scrum Master capabilities in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields.
• Background in ServiceNow implementation.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and proven experience as a Scrum Master driving development sprints.
• Nice to have Background in Software Engineering.
• Capability to problem-solve within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team of both technical and non-technical members.
• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements.
• Manage a concise definition of scope across the entire program.
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and projects.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Act as a Scrum Master, managing schedules and communicating issues to stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications.
