Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in India is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements and product discovery in Financial Services, with a focus on Wealth Management.

You will translate vision into epics, stories and acceptance criteria while aligning stakeholders and maintaining backlog priorities. You will collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to define capabilities, craft detailed stories, and ensure business outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Broad industry experience (10–15 years total) with 8+ years focused on business analysis and requirements management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; ability to represent business and end-client viewpoints.
• Product management background with experience supporting product ownership in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and product discovery in Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management.
• Translate vision into epics, stories and acceptance criteria while aligning stakeholders.
• Create epics and stories with clear success criteria and prioritize backlog items.
• Collaborate with onsite proxy product owner to align on vision and roadmap.
• Join sprint reviews, capture feedback and ensure prioritization in the backlog.
• Support incident triaging as needed and act as the go-to business contact.
