Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to lead requirements and product discovery in Financial Services, with a focus on wealth management initiatives.

You will translate vision into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria while aligning stakeholders and keeping scope and priorities clear in the backlog. This role involves collaborating with the onsite proxy product owner, shaping product capabilities, and guiding backlog refinement.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years overall experience in industry.
• 8+ years focused on business analysis and requirements management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science; master's degree a plus.
• Product management background with ownership experience.
• Domain experience in financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to align on product vision and roadmap.
• Identify and specify product capabilities, features, and functions.
• Create epics and stories with defined success criteria.
• Detail stories with business logic and targeted outcomes.
• Control product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories.
• Join sprint review demos and provide feedback to the team.
