Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst – Data in India to transform legacy business logic into scalable modern processes and cloud architectures. You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to capture requirements, data mapping rules, and ensure alignment with technical delivery.

This role leads migration and modernization efforts from design to rollout. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of experience, deep SQL/PLSQL knowledge, and familiarity with Snowflake,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in business analysis, business process management, or software/data solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL-based procedural code (Oracle PL/SQL).
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, and/or AWS.
• Exposure to Python logic and modular applications for data modernization.
• Ability to map data and define data governance, testing, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and record thorough business requirements, specifications, and data mapping rules.
