Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. invites a seasoned Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our Chennai team, collaborating with the onsite proxy product owner to shape the product vision and roadmap for wealth management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in business analysis, a CS background, and strong communication and presentation skills to translate business needs into tangible solutions across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field; master's degree is a plus.
• Background in product management; experience in financial services, wealth management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and roadmap.
• Identify and define product capabilities, features and functions; elaborate stories and success criteria.
• Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics and stories; participate in sprint reviews.
