Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements, stakeholder management, and business process improvements across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences.

You will leverage AI tools to boost productivity while guiding teams through SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices. You will create BRD/FRD artifacts, translate needs into user stories, and develop UI/UX mockups to support product definitions.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years IT experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles.
• Domain expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences.
• Proficient in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies; familiar with AI tools for BA/PO.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements using BRD and FRD artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across domains to align objectives with technical solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
