Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process improvements across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences sectors.

You will leverage AI tools and agile methodologies, develop UI/UX designs, and work with Data/ETL and API integrations. Experience in BRD/FRD artifacts and translating needs into user stories is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of IT experience in BA/PO roles.
• Domain experience across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, Lifesciences.
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and Data/ETL technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of AI tools for BA/PO activities.
• UI/UX design and mockup creation skills.
• Ability to develop agents to support BA/PO tasks.
• Nice to have experience with CRMs/ERPs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
