Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements, stakeholder engagement, and delivery for Trading Platforms in the Trading and Supply domain.

You will blend supply chain knowledge with Agile practices to define, document, and validate functional solutions for multi-national teams. Responsibilities include capturing business problems, modeling processes and data flows, maintaining BRD/FRD artifacts, and ensuring traceability from business needs to testing.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Business Analysis experience in Trading and Supply domain.
• Strong requirement gathering and BRD/FRD documentation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and facilitation of large design sessions.
• Experience in Agile environments with delivery frameworks and tools.
• Ability to teach Agile ways of working to Product Owners and business partners.
• Understanding of risk management and AI solutioning in trading contexts.

Responsibilities

• Capture problems, value drivers, and translate into implementable functionality.
• Review feasibility, risks, opportunities, and business impact across initiatives.
• Model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvements.

• Engage with suppliers, designers, and developers to cover business needs.
• Configure and document software/operational processes per standards.
• Set acceptance criteria and validate solution fit via testing activities.
• Develop and present business cases to obtain approval and funding.
