Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Web & Digital Analyst to drive analytics at an enterprise level across web and mobile platforms. You will implement GA4, GTM, Firebase, and data pipelines on Google Cloud, and design data layers for scalable tagging and reporting.

You will deliver executive dashboards in Power BI/Looker Studio, establish KPI frameworks, and apply AI automation with Claude Code and Copilot Studio to streamline insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of digital and web analytics experience.
• Expert in GA4, GTM, Firebase Analytics for web/mobile tracking.
• Strong data engineering with SQL, BigQuery, and GCP.
• Proficient in Power BI and Looker Studio for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics operations across enterprise platforms; design tagging and data layer.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service insights for stakeholders.
• Automate workflows using Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and AI tools.
