EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst – Payments with Treasury to define and document business and functional requirements for an AWS cloud-native cash management platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, data requirements, integrations, and acceptance criteria, driving requirement workshops and UAT across multi-national teams. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for the cash-management platform.
• Document current-state and target-state business processes and data mappings.
• Define requirements for cash movement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Define REST APIs, Kafka events, messages, and external-system integrations.
