You'll drive finance/IT transformation, turning complex data and process needs into concrete requirements and verified outcomes across data sources like Salesforce and SIMCORP. Responsibilities include decomposing upstream landscape, defining data schedules, establishing control designs, and leading workshops to resolve data ownership.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in IT with business analysis and BRD/FRD documentation.
• Knowledge of VaR calculations and risk models.
• Data and interface analysis, data quality issues and reconciliation logic.
• Ability to write clear, unambiguous requirements and manage sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Decompose upstream landscape: sources, formats, frequency and controls.
• Document lineage and maintain interface/data catalogs; enable governance.
• Elicit and structure requirements across upstream data domains (AUM, flows, prices, revenues).
• Define data schedules and snapshot needs; manage month-end reporting windows.
• Facilitate workshops; maintain decision logs and RAID traceability across teams.
