Job summary

You will leverage AI tools and agile methodologies to enhance productivity, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and work closely with data, ETL, and API teams.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of IT experience in BA or PO roles.
• Domain expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, and stakeholder management.
• Strong SQL, API, and Data/ETL capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Knowledge of AI tools for BA/PO activities.
• UI/UX design and mockup creation.
• Ability to develop agents to support BA/PO tasks.

Requirements

• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for BA/PO activities
• Skills in UI/UX design and mockup creation
