Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements through BRD and FRD artifacts to support project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to align business objectives with technical solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to ensure smooth project execution
• Integrate AI tools and models into day-to-day BA/PO activities to improve productivity and decision-making
• Develop UI/UX designs and mockups to support product and solution definition
• Work closely with technical teams on Data, ETL processes, and API integrations
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support stakeholder management efforts to ensure alignment between business and technical teams
• Explore opportunities to build agents that streamline recurring BA/PO tasks

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in IT, with proven track record in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles within the IT industry
• Background in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences domains
• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for BA/PO activities
• Skills in UI/UX design and mockup creation
• Capability to develop agents to support BA/PO activities
