Qualifications

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• BRD/FRD generation and refinement with stakeholders.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies in tech projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for rapid prototyping.
• Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and fast prototyping.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences processes and domain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations to grasp intricate business processes.
• Convert business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Utilize GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to swiftly develop proofs of concept.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and enable iterative rollout of AI-powered solutions.
• Assess AI Agent frameworks and propose strategies for addressing business challenges.
• Test prototypes with end users and improve them based on feedback.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure viability of solutions.
