Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements while leveraging AI-assisted approaches to elevate BA/PO productivity and quality across activities.

You will mentor junior BAs/POs, lead end-to-end requirement sessions, craft BRDs/FRDs, and collaborate with UI/UX to shape mockups. Strong Agile/SAFe experience and data skills are essential.
